Enjoy crispy and delicious Mozzarella Sticks,

 recipe everyone will love.


Ingredients:

• 500 g mozzarella cheese block

• 1 cup all-purpose flour

• 2 cups breadcrumbs

• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

• 2 teaspoons garlic powder

• 2 teaspoons dried oregano

• 2 eggs

• 1/4 cup milk

• Oil for frying

• Marinara sauce for serving (optional)




Directions

1. Prepare the cheese:

o Cut the mozzarella block into sticks about 1 cm thick and 7 cm long.

2. Prepare the breading:

o In one bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan

 cheese, garlic powder, and dried oregano.

o In another bowl, beat the eggs with the milk.

o Place the flour in a third bowl.

3. Bread the mozzarella sticks:

o Dredge each mozzarella stick first in the flour

, then in the egg mixture, and finally in the

 breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are well

 coated.

o For extra crunch, repeat the egg and

 breadcrumb steps.

o Place the breaded sticks on a tray and

 refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set the coating.

4. Fry the mozzarella sticks:

o Heat oil in a deep skillet to 180°C (350°F).

o Fry the mozzarella sticks in batches for 2-3

 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

o Remove and drain on paper towels.

5. Presentation:

o Serve the mozzarella sticks hot, accompanied

 by marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
