Gourmet Lemon Garlic Lobster Delight
Ingredients:
4 lobster tails
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges, for garnish
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top shell of each lobster tail and pull apart the shell slightly to expose the meat.
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, and chopped parsley.
Brush the lobster meat generously with the butter mixture, ensuring it is well coated. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and garnish with lemon wedges before serving.
